Windows 10 or 7,8 not showing thumbnail of PSD due to not showing thumbnail cant recognize image contain .so totally blind this situation and goes lot of time to find correct contain of PSD
basically psd thumbnail views issue in windows 7 ,8 and 10 so today we see how to resolve this issue

first download PSD codec from here download and install with instructions After completed installation of PSD Codec ask for restart system for changes made.
rebooted system check PSD files its now showing thumbnail view .
